Discover our end-of-year culinary workshops
Le Cordon Bleu Paris invites you to discover its end-of-year workshops, dedicated to two festive favourites: Foie gras and Yule log.
From March 6 to 8, 2016, the 11th Omnivore World Tour sets up home at the 'Maison de la Mutualité' in Paris. Le Cordon Bleu has been a supplier of this festival, which showcases contemporary cuisine talent, for the past five years. This year, to enable you to discover the cuisine of the future in an even more comprehensive manner, Omnivore is opening an avant-garde stage where young Chefs, designers and the movers and shakers of modern cuisine will be invited.
For our 5th participation, around thirty students from Le Cordon Bleu Paris institute, supervised by Chef Instructor Franck Poupard, will work alongside Chefs during Masterclasses and demonstrations. This pedagogical project will allow students to experience many different facets of the festival.
Every year, since 2003, Omnivore has enabled its visitors to discover new talent in the world of French and International cuisine. It provides the opportunity to showcase the best of cuisine and pastry on 5 stages: Sweet Stage, Savoury Stage, Artisan Stage, Liquid Stage, Avant-Garde Stage.
Le Cordon Bleu has already worked alongside Omnivore in many countries including Turkey, Sydney in Australia, Shanghai in China and New York in the United States.
