Food & Hotel Malaysia (FHM), a great F&B trade show will be held at KLCC Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur from 24 to 27 September 2019.

Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia had been invited to present several talks at the Food Innovation Convention scheduled over the duration of the exhibition where our Le Cordon Bleu Master chefs will give their views on big caterings with support of innovation and state of art equipment, entrepreneurship in F&B related set ups as well as Food innovation and current trends.

Our students will also be transported by the organisers to visit the fair where a full programme of tastings and talks await them.
