Nestled in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s busy entertainment street, Changkat Bukit Bintang, Dining In The Dark KL is a unique restaurant that promises some very one-of-its-kind dining experience. With the sense of sight taking the back seat, diners are given the opportunity to appreciate their food using all their other senses.
Dine in the Dark restaurants which first started in Switzerland had now spread to many countries as a dining experience which evokes our senses. Our Chefs deemed that this is a “must have” for our students’ Food sensory experience. Dine in the Dark was established with the intention of bringing food appreciation to a higher level, this unique approach is mind-blowing; dining without one’s sight. It is an experience where one “looks” at the world through the senses of taste, sound, smell and touch as they become more acute in darkness.

Our students had totally enjoyed the experience especially so when Chef owner Werner shared his experience as a Restauranteur and Entrepreneur in the F&B world.
