However, some embark on this path driven solely by their passion and love of cooking!

Claire travelled from the United States to New Zealand in pursuit of personal enrichment. Freshly graduated from Harvard and awaiting the commencement of an exciting career opportunity, she faced months of waiting. Rather than biding her time, Claire chose to hone her skills through our 10-week Basic Cuisine Certificate.
