Beat the Price Increase
Le Cordon Bleu London will be raising the prices of all diploma programmes on Sunday 1st December 2024 as part of the annual price rise.
In celebration of the renowned Gosset Matchmakers competition Cord is holding not one, but two events open to the general public to taste and enjoy Gosset Champagne. The oldest Champagne House, Gosset is known for the unique personality of its cuvées. Founded in 1584, the quality of Gosset wines, its style and its taste all remain unchanged, immutably reflecting the uniqueness of the Champagne terroirs and the atypical personality of the House.
The two exciting events will feature a one hour tasting masterclass hosted by Bertrand Verduzier, Gosset’s Global Business Director and Matthieu Longuere MS, Wine Development Manager for Le Cordon Bleu London. In addition there will be a unique menu created by Cord’s expert chef team, paired with a specially selected flight of Gosset Champagnes.
Over the course of one hour, the hosts will guide you through a selection of four Gosset Champagnes, highlighting the differences between each and identifying the unique character of the wines. The wines featured in the tasting are; Gosset 12 ans de cave aminima rose, Gosset CELEBRIS Rose 2008, Gosset CELEBRIS Blanc de Blancs 2012 and Gosset Petite Douceur Rosé.
Following the tasting there will be a Gosset Menu Pairing, which can be booked individually or alongside the masterclass. This special three-course dinner will feature dishes designed by Cord’s expert chef team to pair with Gosset Champagnes;
The tasting and menu pairing can be booked separately or as a complete experience. The Tasting Masterclass can be enjoyed at £39 per person, the Menu Pairing at £110 pp and the Combined Masterclass and Dinner at £140 pp (discount applied on settled bill). The Masterclass will take place from 6pm–7pm, with dinner available all service 6pm-10pm. Visit the Cord website to book a place.
