Pozuelo de Alarcón, 27th June. The prestigious chef Javier Olleros was the godfather of the last class of Le Cordon Bleu Madrid.
Javier Olleros, Chef of the restaurant Culler de Pau, with 1 Michelin Star and 2 Repsol Guide Suns, is one of the most representative chefs of Spanish grand cuisine. The chef, with his speech, wants to put in prospective value the figure of the cook and its profession. A sacrifice work but, at the same time, that achieves something very valuable: makes people smile.
75 students received their diplomas and certificates during the commencement ceremony that took place at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. One of the students, Marina de la Fuente, was the winner of the third edition of Premio Promesas, who received the Spanish Cuisine Diploma, an exclusive programme taught in Le Cordon Bleu Madrid. Also, the student Manuel Fernandes, winner of the second edition of Masterchef Portugal, received his Grand Diplôme®.
The new school term and the new intensive summer courses will begin after the ceremony.
