On Friday 13th September 2019, Le Cordon Bleu London hosted its autumnal graduation ceremony at The Hurlingham Club, located in the heart of Fulham, West London.
Led by Chef Loic Malfait and Chef Julie Walsh, the Grand Diplôme®, Diplôme de Cuisine, Diplôme de Pâtisserie, Diplôme de Boulangerie and the Diploma in Culinary Management graduates were welcomed on stage to accept their diplomas and medals in front of an audience of family and friends.
As well as speeches from Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef Loic Malfait, alumna Georgia Green, owner of Georgia's Cakes recalled her time at Le Cordon Bleu and passed on some advice for the graduates.
To close the ceremony, Chef Julie announced the competition winner who collected their prize and guests were invited into the Palm Court for a food and drinks reception.
