Congratulations to our March & June 2024 Graduates

On the 20th of June 2024 we celebrated our student's dedication and academic achievement.

Students from our Diplôme de Pâtisserie & Cuisine, Diplôme Avancé Culinaire in Pâtisserie & Cuisine, Grand Diplôme, and Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Business programmes gathered to celebrate a significant milestone in their lives. Surrounded by friends, family, and loved ones it was a special day filled with pride.

Chetan Pangam, Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand Industry Advisory Board Chair, and Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager for Millennium Hotels reflected on his culinary journey as he inspired a new generation. Chetan is proof that hard work and humility will blossom into success.

Eugeneous Evan Nadjaja (Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Business graduate) gave a passionate valedictory speech, sharing his experiences after 5 years of working through covid lockdowns and taking time for mental health to complete his degree. Evan has been an inspiration and friend to all students during his studies and will remain close by working for Hillside Kitchen & Cellar, Wellington's premier sustainable fine dining restaurant. We are grateful to his family for making the journey from Indonesia to join us in acknowledging Evan's tremendous accomplishment and to see first-hand where his education took place.

Well done to all graduates, we welcome you into Le Cordon Bleu's extensive and prestigious alumni family.
