Le Cordon Bleu London will be raising the prices of all diploma programmes on Sunday 1st December 2024 as part of the annual price rise.
We are pleased to announce an exclusive guest chef event with critically acclaimed chef, Magnus Nilsson, on Friday 4th December.
Phaidon have partnered with Le Cordon Bleu London to host this special online event, which will feature the influential chef in conversation with Joe Warwick, the London-based food writer and critic who started the World's 50 Best Restaurant Awards.
Magnus Nilsson is one of the world’s most creative and celebrated chefs. He is the author of a number of bestselling books which highlight Nordic food and lifestyles, including Fäviken (2012), all published with Phaidon. Magnus closed his critically acclaimed restaurant, Fäviken, which was located in Järpen, Sweden, in December 2019. He is featured in the Emmy Award-winning US PBS TV series, Mind of a Chef, and the Netflix documentary series, Chef’s Table. In 2020 Nilsson became academy director of MAD, where he will develop an educational institution that equips the restaurant world with the skills, tools, and perspectives to make positive change.
This online event will include a live audience Q&A session, giving guests the opportunity to put their questions to Magnus. Attendees to the event can also purchase a copy of Fäviken: 4015 Days, Beginning to End at the reduced rate of £31.60 using code BLEU30.
