Graduates of the MSc Culinary Innovation Management and BBA Culinary Industry Management, jointly delivered by Le Cordon Bleu and Birkbeck, University of London, were joined by family and friends to see them receive their diplomas.
The ceremony was also attended by chef and restaurateur, Chris Galvin, who is a Visiting Professor of Practice at Birkbeck, University of London.
