Beat the Price Increase
Le Cordon Bleu London will be raising the prices of all diploma programmes on Sunday 1st December 2024 as part of the annual price rise.
Le Cordon Bleu London recently hosted Hosco and The Ivy Collection for a special event for students and alumni. Starting with an introduction to the Hosco platform, the keynote from Hosco shone a light on the hospitality industry as it looks today, the opportunities available in the current market, the different career paths and how the platform can support.
This was followed by Matt Crook and Erika Colone of The Ivy Collection presenting the company, their brands and discussing the structure, business model and opportunities with the company.
Matt Crook is BOH Training & Development Manager at The Ivy Collection. Working in hospitality for over 20 years in various levels of restaurants, from Michelin-starred to AA Rosette-holders and many more, Matt has now turned his attention to devloping the future chefs of the industry as BOH talent and developing manager for the groups unique restaurants.
Erika Colone is Senior Recruitment & Diversity Manager at The Ivy Collection. As a senior recruitment manager focussed on diversity, equality & inclusion, as well as talent management strategies, her main focus is discovering key D&I progressive programmes while embracing a recruitment strategy which encompasses diverse audiences. As part of this, there is a focus on training stakeholders and hiring managers on how to select, manage, evaluate and retain diverse employees.
