Le Cordon Bleu London, the leading culinary arts, wine and management school is proud to be headline sponsors of the Skills Theatre at this year’s Hotelympia.
Hotelympia is the UK’s largest foodservice and hospitality event and will take place at Excel London from 29th February until 3rd March 2016.
The Skills Theatre aims at student and apprenticeship who are at the early stages of their career. It will offer them the chance to contend for a prestigious competition which will enable them to hone and demonstrate their skills. Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs will take part in the judging panel as well as being on stage for the two award ceremonies happening daily.
Additionally, Le Cordon Bleu London will host daily live demonstrations from their Chefs highlighting Cuisine and Pâtisserie techniques - skills that are fundamental for any future chef's career.
Furthermore, Le Cordon Bleu will also have an exciting exhibition stand (#2681) where you’ll be able to meet the team and find out more information on courses; such as the newly launched Diploma in Nutrition, Gastronomy and Food Trends, the Diploma in Wine, Gastronomy and Management and the Internship Pathway programmes.
