Egg Meurette Competition at Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia
Diploma in Pastry Arts graduating students for the term had the opportunity to showcase their work to 30 members of the Ikebana Society KL Chapter.
The students baked variety of sweets such as layer cakes decorated with Fondant, macarons, entremet, cookies, eclairs, and chocolate to fulfil the theme for the lesson - Birthday party for a 10 year old child. Their final product display speaks volume of their creativity and of the numerous techniques learnt in their pastry class the past nine months.
The ladies present heaped praises and had thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea spread citing that it was professionally presented and one of the best afternoon tea spread they ever had.
