The Internship Pathway is an additional programme that can be taken in conjunction with our Grand Diplôme^®, Diplôme de Cuisine, Diplôme de Pâtisserie and Diploma in Wine, Gastronomy and Management programmes.

This course has been designed to provide experience of working in a professional environment as part of a student’s training. This includes interviews and internships with high-end establishments across a variety of hotels, restaurants and food & wine businesses in London, the UK or other international locations. Le Cordon Bleu have a range of internship partners, which include 5-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, upmarket patisseries and boulangeries, as well as other culinary and wine businesses.
