Jeunes Chefs Rotisseurs 2021

The purpose of this competition is to encourage and promote the culinary expertise of young Chefs Rôtisseurs in the tradition of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs by exposing them to a competitive environment with their peers.
This competition will offer the opportunity for the Jeunes Chefs to showcase their talent and creativity in an international arena. Le Cordon Bleu is glad to be appointed as the organiser for this National Championship for Malaysia. We look forward to invite young chefs from the Industry to join us.
We believe winning the National title will also award the Chef Mentor and the Restaurant whom these young chefs are working for currently. So please apply and join us to have a chance to be a World Champion like our
Alumni Amelia Ng who had won the title way back in 2017 at Frankfurt in the World Grand Finals.
Competition Criterias:
- Young chefs who are 26 years old or below from Oct to Dec 2021 are eligible to compete in this national level and in the international competition.
- Only full time employee of hotel or restaurant.
- Maximum of two (2) candidates per hotel and one (1) candidate per restaurant is permitted.
- Application form must be submitted to typan@cordonbleu.edu.

Please take note that the competition dates will be rescheduled due to the nationwide Movement Control Order (MCO) from 12 May to 7 June 2021 announced by the Malaysia government.
You are welcome to submit your application during the MCO period and we will keep you updated for the new competition dates when the MCO is lifted.
