Wellington-born Joshua Ross is Executive Chef at Bellamy's by Logan Brown which promises not only a unique setting on the third floor of Parliament but also premium New Zealand cuisine brought to you by head chef Joshua Ross, formerly Logan Brown sous chef.
Joshua trained at Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand at the same time as getting work experience at Logan Brown restaurant in 2014. His passion, work ethic and skills allowed him to move through all sections of his training very quickly, and in 2017, he was promoted to sous chef. In January 2018, Joshua was instrumental in setting up the kitchen and menu for Bellamy's by Logan Brown.
