Le Cordon Bleu inaugurates a second establishment in Paris

On the 18th of January 2024, Le Cordon Bleu celebrated the opening of its new space dedicated to gastronomy at the Hôtel de la Marine, located on Place de la Concorde not far from the Louvre, where the institute offers gourmet and wine workshops for all levels, as well as numerous experiences such as culinary demonstrations, dinner workshops, tastings, Tea Time, team-buildings and private hire.

The elegant decor of each room reflects the history of this historical building. This new and fabulous Le Cordon Bleu showcase, dedicated to individuals and lovers of Cuisine, Pâtisserie, Boulangerie and oenology, is located above the boutique of the Hôtel de la Marine, which can be accessed by a graceful painted staircase or by a lift decorated in the institute's colours.

Guests had the opportunity to discover this exceptional venue, starting with a tour of the rooms and kitchens of the workshop area, followed by a reception in the Cour de l'Intendant where Le Cordon Bleu Chefs brought generous buffets to life with their creations, culminating in an artistic pastry piece created for the occasion.

In his welcome speech, President André Cointreau underlined how this second location complements the institutes’ offering:

Le Cordon Bleu at the Hôtel de la Marine is the culmination of a renaissance phase in France, which began with a move in 2016 to the ultra-modern premises spanning 4000 square meters on the banks of the Seine at Beaugrenelle in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, facing the Maison de la Radio and the Ile aux Cygnes and its marvellous Statue of Liberty.

The Le Cordon Bleu institute in the 15th arrondissement offers cutting-edge training for the culinary arts, hospitality and restaurant professions.

At the Hôtel de la Marine, Le Cordon Bleu turns its attention to gourmets, enthusiasts and lovers of Gastronomy with dedicated courses for all to enjoy.
