Launching of
Sunway FutureX Farm

The minister of agriculture and food industries, Datuk Seri Dr. Ronald Kiandee and Founder of Sunway Group, Tan Sri Dato’ Dr. Jeffrey Cheah launched the organic vegetable farm project recently. Chefs of Le Cordon Bleu were invited to create some mocktail drink for guests who were invited to the launch.


Chef Sarju Ranavaya, Pastry Chef Instructor of Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia created 2 drinks- Lychee and Mint Green Tea and Iced Mint White Chocolate using mint from the farm which was a hit amongst the guests.

Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia also secured several plots at the FutureXFarm for vegetable and herbs to be produced for use in all our Culinary programmes.
