It was a great pleasure to have Chef Rose Mercier from Les Sucrés by Rose, our Le Cordon Bleu Dusit alumni, perform an impressive wedding cake demonstration special for our Superior Pâtisserie students on 28 November 2017.
Chef Rose Mercier earned the Diplôme de Pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit in 2012 and also has since followed her passion in creating edible works of art.
Fondant cake decoration has become very popular in recent times, and Chef Rose is one of a well-known instructor in this field with her technique of how to make fondant decoration for gorgeous wedding cake. Her talent absolutely impressed everyone in the school as well as our students who participated in her demonstration.
