Chef Pachara Thakerngkiat or Chef James completed LE GRAND DIPLÔME® and The Art of Bakery Programme from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School.

Chef James is one of a new successful chef to watch with his professional experiences gained from many workplaces starting from being a Chef de Partie at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit for over 2 years, a former Chef Owner of a Bakery Shop in a tourism province in the North of Thailand and also awarding the winning challenger chef of the Iron Chef Thailand.

This year, Chef James took another step to become the Executive Chef and Director of his own Bakery Shop named James Boulangerie which has yet received a good response from the customers within a few months after its grand opening in January 2020. Chef James always keeps details in every part starting from production to services. Every piece of his bakery and each dish must be made and served meticulously.

When did you know you wanted to go into culinary?


When I was young since I saw my grandmother and auntie made delicious home-cooked food during summer break. I was very happy every time I had it. This inspired me to cook good food and share happiness to others.

I knew Le Cordon Bleu Dusit from my mom. She told me that it is number one cooking school in Thailand where provides wide range of culinary courses with prestigious chefs.
