In this regard, we are delighted to welcome Ms. Napatsorn Sa-nguanhong, a Vocational Training Technical Officer, Senior Professional Level and Assistant Director of the center of Juvenile Vocational Training for Girls, Ban Pranee Children and Youth Training Center, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province to attend our Professional Barista Course (18 hours) which was instructed by Mr. Ekawit Chokkanapitak, Certified Training Manager from Lavazza, Italy and Thailand, and is an instructor for professional Barista courses at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit, to be trained about the technique of brewing coffee with the key to making good quality espresso coffee, making different types of coffee along with receiving a certificate from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit.

I have studied for 3 days. I had fun from the first time of studying and of course, in every session with Khun Nick, the instructor from Lavazza. Never get bored. I learnt about the coffee history and hands-on practice. After this course completion, the knowledge I gained will be passed on to the youth and children who are in the justice process. This is an inspiration for them to realize that they will never be ignored or abandoned. There are many organizations that are ready to provide support and give them opportunities to pursue good careers.
