An exclusive workshop for Bangkok Airways's 50th Anniversary celebration

The boutique carrier, Bangkok Airways led by Mrs. Chanthip Thongkanya, Vice President – Office of the President, together with Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School by Ms. Suchada Sthapitanonda – Executive  Director, organized an exclusive pastry workshop to celebrate Bangkok Airways’ 50^th anniversary. This special workshop was held at the Carème Kitchen of Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School, Bangkok. It was attended by many distinguished guests including Pancake – Khemmanit Jamikorn, model and actress.

The class was taught by the Head of Pâtisserie Chef Instructor - Chef Marc Champiré. All the guests had the opportunity to learn the basics as well as the intricacies of creating the French Entremet – Cherry Pistachio, and enjoyed hands-on experience in the creation and assembly of this sweet French delicacy. All the participants were impressed with the class as well as the outcome of their own hand-made Entremet, which they are all eager to take home as a gift for their family and loved ones.
