Woosong University from South Korea Visits

February 2018 - Le Cordon Bleu Dusit was pleased to host Professor Oh Suk-Tae and his Culinary Arts students from Woosong University South Korea, who travelled all the way to Bangkok to interview our very own Chef Willy Daurade, Assistant to Technical Director, regarding the trend of edible bugs.

The special seminars regarding the edible insects were organized at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School with the topic; Edible Insects in a Gastronomic Context on 19 February 2018 and The Chef and The Bug: The Culinary Experience on 25 October 2018. The events impressed the  culinary academic, culinary expert and also gained a lot of attention from the media.
