Exclusive Lexus World Class Gastronomy Workshop

Le Cordon Bleu Dusit welcomed the Lexus group in organizing an exclusive event entitled ‘Lexus World Class Gastronomy Workshop’ for their VIP customers on 23 June 2018.

All participants had the opportunity to learn cooking techniques and enjoyed an exclusive hands-on experience in the creation of the French cuisine recipe “Salmon, Smoked Haddock a Monkfish served with Sauerkraut”, and the French pastry recipe “Strawberry Rhubarb Tart” which were conducted by Chef Pierre Rimoneau – French Cuisine Chef Instructor and Chef Maxim Baïle – French Cuisine Chef Instructor; and Chef Marc Champiré - Head of Pastry Chef Instructor, Chef Frederic Legras – Pastry Chef Instructor respectively.

All of Lexus's VIP guests were impressed with this very special event, as well as the outcome of their own hand-made dishes, which they were all eager to take home as gifts for their family and loved ones.
