Our open house on December 16th and 17th will showcase our current and new programs, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a culinary education to learn more about the school and our teaching facilities.
Meet Chef Sylvain Dubreau, who will present a Tiger Prawn and Soya Risotto with Espelette Pepper Emulsion Recipe on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 11 am. Chef Sarju Ranavaya will showcase Gateau Tres au Chocolat on Sunday, December 17, 2023, at 11 am. In addition to sampling the delectable dishes, you'll have the chance to engage with the chefs regarding the curriculum and programs they deliver.
