Podcast Mastery in the Making enters the airwaves

Le Cordon Bleu Australia is excited to announce the launch of its first podcast series, Mastery in the Making.

Across 10, jam-packed episodes, host Stephanie Veloudos will delve into the minds of industry experts, entrepreneurs, plus the people who make Le Cordon Bleu so special, from students and alumni to our cuisine, patisserie and higher education lecturers.

“We are thrilled to be launching our podcast at a very exciting time for the industry,” Stephanie says.

“Throughout the series, we bring to light some of the best stories coming out of Le Cordon Bleu, and converse with inspiring people such as culinary great Gabriel Gaté.
