In its 25th year, the Shared Tables Gala Ball unites Melbourne’s finest chefs with award winning entertainers on stage, featuring acclaimed singers Michael Cormick and Claire Lyon, and entertainer Tim Campbell as MC for the evening.
Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne culinary students performed front of house and kitchen duties with skill and professionalism, upholding the Le Cordon Bleu reputation for excellence. The gourmet menu designed by a talented group of masterful chefs kicked off with delicious canapés by Mat Macartney (Head Chef Tommy Collins by Atlantic Group), first and second entrée by Tim Young (Head Chef Matilda) and Nick Mahlook (Executive Chef The Atlantic Restaurant), main course by Ollie Hansford (Head Chef Stokehouse) and dessert by Lisa Van Zanten (Executive Pastry Chef Atlantic Group).
Le Cordon Bleu is delighted to offer exclusive hospitality experiences to students, as part of its strategy to prepare work-ready graduates for industry.
