Le Cordon Bleu London will be holding their annual Summer Festival this year at the institute in Bloomsbury.

Le Cordon Bleu London Summer Festival will take place on Saturday 21st June, featuring a variety of activities including cooking demonstrations, culinary workshops, wine tastings and the opportunity to sample gourmet products.

Throughout the day, guests will have the opportunity to take part in a fantastic variety of hands on workshops conducted by Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs. Choose from classic French techniques in cuisine, pâtisserie and boulangerie or progressive sessions in plant-based cookery, gastronomy and culinary innovation. If you’re a wine lover you can take part in some fantastic wine workshops led by Le Cordon Bleu London’s Wine Development Manager, Matthieu Longuere MS, who will guide you through a selection of fascinating tasting sessions.

Alongside workshops from Le Cordon Bleu London’s own master teaching chefs, the Summer Festival will include fantastic guest chef demonstrations from some of London’s top chefs. Guest Chefs demonstrating at the festival include 1 Michelin-starred Arenberg's Lieven Demeestere, Barrafina Chefs' Antonio & Paco, Brindisa's Flori Porja, Rosewood's Executive Pastry Chef Mark Perkins, Cord's Executive Chef Karl O'Dell and Savoy's Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Houchet, with more yet to be announced.

In between workshops and demonstrations, guests can spend time at the Salon Gourmet Tasting Area to sample and purchase some fantastic products, take part in competitions and find out more about the institute.
