Le Cordon Bleu London recently held a career fair for students who will be graduating at the end of this term. This was the first in-person career fair to take place since the beginning of the pandemic, and students were keen to take the opportunity to meet with our partners face to face.
Le Cordon Bleu has a global network of industry partners and long-standing relationships with many prestigious establishments, offering graduates the chance to work with the best in the industry. This includes restaurants, hospitlaity brands, recruiters and international hotels and resorts, offering the potential for overseas career opportunities as well as those based in London.
Following a career lecture from Le Cordon Bleu pâtisserie and cuisine chefs, students mingled with representatives from L’Oscar, St Pancras Hotel Group, Rosewood London, Fortnum & Mason, Wonderland (Park Row), COYA, Big Mama Group, The Ivy Restaurants and Incarta.
