Beat the Price Increase
Le Cordon Bleu London will be raising the prices of all diploma programmes on Sunday 1st December 2024 as part of the annual price rise.
Le Cordon Bleu London Summer Festival will take place on Saturday 29th June, featuring a variety of activities including cooking demonstrations, culinary workshops, wine tastings and the opportunity to sample gourmet products.
Throughout the day, guests will have the opportunity to take part in a fantastic variety of hands on workshops conducted by Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs. Choose from classic French techniques in cuisine, pâtisserie and boulangerie or progressive sessions in plant-based cuisine, gastronomy and culinary innovation. If you’re a wine lover you can take part in some fantastic wine workshops led by Le Cordon Bleu London’s Wine Development Manager, Matthieu Longuere MS, who will guide you through a selection of fascinating tasting sessions.
Alongside workshops from Le Cordon Bleu London’s own master teaching chefs, the Summer Festival will include fantastic guest chef demonstrations from some of London’s top chefs. This features demonstrations from Senior Sous Chef at CORD by Le Cordon Bleu, Justine Bordet; Executive Pastry Chef at the Dorchester Hotel, Michael Kwan; Chef Patron of the Dorchester Grill, Tom Booton; Chef Patron of Kayu, Karim Bourgi; Le Cordon Bleu Master Bakers Stephane Gliniewicz & Douglas Bond Mollitt and Head Chef at Cavita restaurant, Adriana Cavita. Demonstrations are open to all guests at the Summer Festival.
In between workshops and demonstrations, guests can spend time at the Salon Gourmet Tasting Area to sample and purchase some fantastic products, take part in competitions and find out more about the institute.
