Last Tuesday,
July 31, 2018, the whole country watched
MasterChef Brazil final episode, were the contestants
Maria Antonia Russi and
Hugo Merchan battled for the offered prizes.
The final challenge, which contemplated the creation and elaboration of a complete menu, was judged by the famous chefs Erick Jacquin, Paola Carosella and Henrique Fogaça who gave the victory to Maria Antonia that signed
“La Dolce Vita” menu.
Our chef and academic-technical director,
Patrick Martin, went personally to the live TV show and awarded the Le Cordon Bleu Paris scholarship to Maria Antonia.
Hugo Merchan, who won second place, was also awarded with a scholarship at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa, where he can chose between the basic course of
cuisine or
pâtisserie.
