To mark its 130th anniversary, Le Cordon Bleu Paris is launching a remarkable series of five exclusive masterclasses, led by its distinguished alumni. These unique events will take place at the prestigious Hôtel de la Marine, a landmark of French heritage and the second location where the institute offers culinary workshops.


A prestigious line-up from May to December 2025
From May until the end of the year, a former Le Cordon Bleu student will share their expertise in a cuisine, pastry, or oenology masterclass. Each session will showcase the excellence of the institute’s training and the diverse careers of its graduates, who have become renowned chefs, entrepreneurs, and experts worldwide.

Masterclass Programme:
-    27 May 2025 – Paula Mendez Carreras (Argentina), chef and author
-    12 June 2025 – Amanda Thomson (USA), founder of Thomson & Scott and creator of NOUGHTY, the world’s first premium alcohol-free wine range
-    18 June 2025 – Sheila Struyck (Netherlands), specialist in sustainable gastronomy
-    July 2025 – Karim Bourgi (Dubai), pastry chef, ranked 3rd Best Pastry Chef in the World
-    14 November 2025 – Amanda Bankert (USA), chef and founder of Boneshaker Donuts, a renowned vegan doughnut shop in Paris
