New year, new skills: Le Cordon Bleu Australia releases new 2025 short courses
This holiday season, Le Cordon Bleu Australia is bringing the gift of culinary excellence to budding food enthusiasts across the country.
In a busy month, Le Cordon Bleu featured last weekend at the Paris to Provence Festival Français de Melbourne. Now in its sixth year, Paris to Provence is a celebration of all things French, with a strong focus on food and wine.
National Trust’s iconic Como House and Garden in South Yarra was transformed into a gorgeous, replica French village. Visitors to the event were able to smell, touch and taste all things that embodied France.
In addition to the marquee, where we promoted our culinary arts programs and sold Le Cordon Bleu products such as our popular recipe books, our Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne Chef de Cuisine provided cooking demonstrations to a full house in the Chef’s Marquee. In keeping with the theme of Paris to Provence our Chef created three dishes, each one typical of Paris, Lyon and Provence respectively and each dish presented over the three days of the event. Presentations on the story and modern actuality of Le Cordon Bleu were made to those interested in our rich history.
