Le Cordon Bleu Australia is excited to announce a December 2024 intake for our culinary arts programmes in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney.
Head Chef from Dinner by Heston Blumenthal Melbourne, Evan Moore, leads Masterclass
Having worked as part of The Fat Duck Group since 2011, Evan started as a Demi Chef De Partie within the founding team of ‘Dinner by Heston Blumenthal’, which opened to huge critical acclaim in the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in January 2011.
In October 2015 Moore was asked to relocate to Australia to take up the position of Head Chef, ‘Dinner by Heston Blumenthal Melbourne’ - the first restaurant of the Group to open outside of the UK. Evan’s respect for Australian produce sourcing and kitchen precision has him lead the Melbourne team instilling passion and innovation to deliver the award-winning menus at Dinner.
In just a year since opening Dinner, Melbourne has been nominated for a plethora of awards and received the Best Restaurant in Melbourne, Top 50 Restaurants - The Australian and was awarded 2 Hats by the Age Good Food Guide.
90 Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne students were given the opportunity to attend his masterclass on Wednesday, 9th November. What an absolute privilege and from all accounts, an invaluable experience!
