Watch as Philippe demonstrates how to make some of his favourite dishes, including some of those that have become synonymous with his restaurants. See the dishes come together and smell the mouth-watering aromas as they permeate Holmesglen’s sensational demonstration kitchen. Guests receive French champagne on arrival and have the chance to meet Philippe afterwards over drinks and a feast of his creations.
