Le Cordon Bleu Madrid offered a masterclass for the full benefit of the Mary's Meals Spain Foundation, an organization whose aim is to obtain grants and donations to carry out its feeding programs at schools.
Rosario Barrios, general manager of Le Cordon Bleu Madrid, presented this masterclass, which has been held every Christmas at the Institute for several years.
After a brief introduction by Mary's Meals, our Chef Erwan Poudoulec, technical director of the Institute, offered a masterclass where he prepared a delicious and practical Christmas menu to surprise family and friends. Attendees were able to enjoy this unique opportunity within the professional environment of Le Cordon Bleu Madrid and help with this charitable action for children suffering from hunger in many parts of the world.
The event closed with the taste of each of the dishes on the menu and a toast to celebrate the excellent collection achieved, which will be donated in full to the meal programs that the foundation has and will serve to feed more than a hundred children over the next year.
