This is the inaugural year for Le Cordon Bleu to collaborate with 2 of our most well known alumni Dato Fazley and Darren Chin where both their restaurants participated MIGF featuring exciting festive menus. On the launch evening and the week end which was open to public tasting portions from the festive menu was available much to the delight of those present.

Both their booths were most sort after garnering popular votes and reviews. It was a showcase of cuisine at its best.
