In this episode, Nitin Radhakrishnan, Senior Lecturer at Le Cordon Bleu London speaks to Chef Michel Roux. Michel is the two Michelin-starred chef who has been Chef Patron of Le Gavroche since he took the reins from his father and uncle in 1991, holding two stars ever since.

Known for producing some of the finest French cuisine outside of France, Michel covers many topics including the Roux Scholarship, the skillset he looks for when hiring people and the future of the industry, particularly following the COVID-19 pandemic.
