On October 2nd, the community of students and Alumni of Le Cordon Bleu Madrid had the opportunity to attend a unique masterclass as part of the FueraDeCarta series. The class focused on restaurant management for maximum profitability.
Paco Cruz, also known as The FoodManager, is an expert in optimizing hospitality businesses' profitability. With over a decade of experience, he has been a valuable resource for professionals in the industry. He communicates directly and effectively in their language, making him a trusted ally for those in the hostelry sector.
During the class, Paco emphasized the importance of effective management, in such an increasingly competitive and cost-intensive environment. Consequently, he provided attendees with practical tools and clear strategies to achieve greater profitability in their hospitality businesses.
This masterclass, as part of the Institute´s complementary training activities, not only surprised attendees but also presented new opportunities for them to implement in their own gastronomy businesses.
