Visitors can get to know our kitchens that follow the international standards from Le Cordon Bleu worldwide, present in more than 20 countries.
The Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts Rio de Janeiro will hold the first Open Doors event on September 27 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Rua da Passagem, 179, Botafogo. Participants will be able to get acquainted with the institute's infrastructure and also attend a cooking demonstration class with the chefs.
The Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Rio de Janeiro offers students complete infrastructure, following the standards of all institutes present in more than 20 countries. There are eleven professional kitchens, two dedicated to demonstration classes, two for cuisine, two for pâtisserie and bakery, two multipurpose and two for preparation and production, in addition tehre are also kitchens of the cafe and restaurant. We also have two auditoriums for lectures and a library. The kitchens are equipped with the most modern cooking technologies.
