Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Welcomes New Pastry Chef Instructor Christophe Sportellini


 



Chef Christophe Sportellini was born in Cannes, France and his style incorporates the colorful life of Côte d'Azur. He worked as Executive Chef & Instructor at Maison Christian and Executive Sous-Chef at Le Fairmont Reine Elisabeth before joining Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa. He is also the owner and mastercrafstman of his own pastry business, Chocolaterie Sportellini.

Specializing in chocolate and sugar showpieces, Chef Sportellini holds 2nd Place at «Dessert of the Years Duval Leroy», Superior Master's Certificate in Pastry and 3rd Place at World Chocolate Masters Selection Canada.

Welcome to Ottawa Chef, we are already hearing praises from our students for your incredible artistic style and delicate technique!
My favorite pastry projects are chocolate and sugarwork. I am big fan of anime so sometimes I take my inspiration from Japanese animes and Disney movies, transforming the dreams into pastry showpieces.
