Culinary Demonstration and Tasting with Panamanian Chef Cuquita!
As part of Latin America and Caribbean Week, which is taking place throughout France from 24 May to 5 June 2016, come and learn all about a vibrant and original cuisine with the famous Panamanian Chef Cuquita Arias de Calvo at Le Cordon Bleu institute in Paris.
This event pays tribute to the unique ingredients which make every Panamanian cuisine dish a mystery and every mouthful a surprise. Tropical fruit, such as coconut and passion fruit, are married with savoury ingredients including fish, garlic and chilli, to create authentic flavours which take you on a journey of discovery.
Monday May 30, 2016 from 4pm to 6 pm. Demonstration followed by tasting.
