Learning more about Le Cordon Bleu's new tourism and event management degrees was the order of the day as some 30 guests were treated to a lovely day out at Mandoon Estate in the Swan Valley.
Le Cordon Bleu Perth recently launch its Bachelor of Business degrees in tourism management and convention and events management. A mix of alumni, school counsellors, careers advisors and international agents met for a morning tea at the new Perth campus, whilst learning all about our new Bachelor of Business programmes, before boarding a bus and heading into the Valley.
Alumni students Shree Tatwadi and Sascha Stone gave a brief presentation while guests tasted Mandoon's award winning wines, and then everyone filed into the dining room for a sumptuous three course meal. It was a great networking exercise for all the guests, where they were indulged in a the ‘Le Cordon Bleu experience’ - hospitality in action at one of the Swan Valley’s most beautiful settings.
