New December 2024 intake for culinary arts
Le Cordon Bleu Australia is excited to announce a December 2024 intake for our culinary arts programmes in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney.
Le Cordon Bleu launches its new partnership with North Metropolitan TAFE.
Our newest institute the Le Cordon Bleu Perth Institute launched with grand style on 27th April with an official ribbon cutting and plaque unveil. Premier of Western Australia and Minister for Tourism the Hon. Colin Barnett officiated the ceremony in the morning with speeches delivered by Derrick Casey COO of Le Cordon Bleu Australia and Michelle Hoad interim GM North Metropolitan TAFE. Distinguished guests were treated to a morning tea catered for by North Metropolitan TAFE students on location at our newest classrooms purpose built for the two new Perth programs Bachelor of Business (Convention & Event Management) and Bachelor of Business (Tourism Management). The partnership between Le Cordon Bleu Australia and North Metropolitan TAFE (NMT) has been in planning for some time, and with exciting developments in Perth and an estimated increase in tourism anticipated for Western Australia these programs are timely in their release as the hospitality, convention and event and tourism need for trained employees grows.
The evening function was a fun and lively affair held in the Art Gallery of NMT, with the final night of the student art show the backdrop to a less formal but nonetheless fun event. With formalities over distinguished guests from industry, media and government networked and enjoyed canapes, fine champagne and entertainment Perth style.
Le Cordon Bleu’s two new programs Bachelor of Business Convention and Event Management and Tourism management launch in July 2016 with a first intake. As these are new programs developed specifically for our Perth Institute we are offering scholarships for interested students of $20,000 for the first two intakes*.
