In October, the short courses continued, courses were held: Bread Workshop, Pie and Quiche Workshop, Macaron Course among others.
With techniques taught by our Pâtisserie and Cuisine Chefs: Caio Correia, Saiko Izawa, Renata Braune and Alain Uzan.
