ASEAN UNIV. NETWORK SUMMER CAMP

Cuisine as Cultural Encounter

Visiting students from Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Brunei, Vietnam, Singapore, Brunei and Malaysia had a great time interacting with Le Cordon Bleu Ateneo students last June 4, 2024. Together, they cooked and tasted popular dishes from the different ASEAN countries such as the Cambodia's Fish Amok, Brunei's Pulut Panggang and Malaysia's Char Kwey Teow under the supervision of Master Chefs Cyrille Soenen and Gilles Company. Ateneo University President Father Bobby Yap and Vice President for Education Dr. Marlu Vilches joined the students in their culinary adventure.
