Beat the Price Increase
Le Cordon Bleu London will be raising the prices of all diploma programmes on Sunday 1st December 2024 as part of the annual price rise.
Following the success of the Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts which launched in 2019, Le Cordon Bleu London are relaunching its plant-based offering as the Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts – Cuisine which focuses on wholefoods with minimal processing explored in relation to flavours, textures and global cuisines, and the Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts – Pâtisserie which teaches students the art of producing pastry, bakery, cakes, desserts, petit fours and chocolate products which are made entirely from plant-based ingredients.
Le Cordon Bleu Cuisine Chef Marco Ardemagni will be giving a special plant-based culinary demonstration hosted by Planet Organic at their Westbourne Grove store. Guests will gain an insight into the techniques taught on the diplomas, taste the dish and have the opportunity to interact with Chef Marco.
