Le Cordon Bleu London will be raising the prices of all diploma programmes on Sunday 1st December 2024 as part of the annual price rise.
Tom discussed the history and evolution of rum, followed by a presentation of the Rockstar Spirits range and a demonstration on how to make three different styles of rum cocktail. Guests then enjoyed a cocktail reception with the opportunity to sample some of the drinks and meet with Tom.
