In its 4th year, the Career Expo (facilitated by Le Cordon Bleu Industry Engagement Team) bridges the gap between education and industry, uniting representatives from around 30 leading hospitality and tourism organisations with our skilled hospitality students to discuss potential job and Industry Placement opportunities.

100 Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide students met with local and international hotel, restaurant & tourism representatives eager to discuss potential careers with new talent. Students took advantage of opportunities to be interviewed for employment and Work Integrated Learning placements, and advanced their careers by seeking direct industry-specific advice.

Career Expo has an excellent track record with around 60-80 students securing  jobs  or placements  in  previous  years,  providing  a  steady  stream  of  Le  Cordon Bleu trained professionals to meet the current skills shortage within Australia’s thriving hospitality and tourism industry.
