Sake Ninja at Le Cordon Bleu

The SSA is the first and only UK organisation dedicated solely to the global education and promotion of sake. In this course you will taste five sake and be guided through each in a friendly and informal environment. An excellent opportunity to learn about this historic Japanese beverage and further your understanding of one of the world’s most complex and enigmatic drinks. This course is part of the curriculum delivered by the Sake Sommelier Academy.

Overseen and accredited by the SSA, the Sake Sommelier Academy works alongside a network of approved professional sake educators in all corners of the globe, to provide unprecedented Sake Sommelier training.
